I've got blisters on me fingers

I have worn the fingers out of my Zetex gloves through the outer weave but not all the way through the lining. Is there anything I can wrap the fingers with to get a bit more use out of them? I have an 8" X 8" fully fused 1/4" thick sand- blasted blank I need to A) fire polish the ground edges of B)fire polish the sand-blasted face of AND C)slump In what order do I execute those 3 steps, what temps would you use and how many firings will it take? Any help is much appreciat...
