Well I'm making the assumption you would be fire polishing after using the cream. I'm inclined to think that sand blasting would render the glass opaque as well. Depending on what I'm doing I've used both super glue and dilute white Elmers glue. I haven't come across any ghosting (at least none that I can see) .
