I am sorry to inform you that noted glass artist Frances Higgins died 2-12-04 at her Home/Studio in Riverside , IL. This Pioneer of fusing will be missed deeply.

Hi,
I agree with Tom making your own ceramic clay Drop Out molds is the way to go. That is what we do and it's not that hard, also they last a long time, we have some from the 60's we still use.

Hi, In my experience at our Studio the Tin does effect cretin colors, making them look duller then normal, because of this we avoid the Tin at all cost.
