Yes don, not opposed to a ceramic kiln, though most of those are top load.

I have a Denver KL 50 and I like it, no rust but I am in TN. Had it now 12 plus years. My only complaint is the lid. It is a fiber board top on the inside and one large sheet of thin metal on the outside with nothing to support the lid from sagging. I had another teacher store a project on it (used ...

Thanks, the combing can be a challenge. This was with a thin bamboo skewer. The red is from the first firing and an additional layer of red frit. It is not as intense as it is in the photo.

Hello all, glad to join this site..... Putting in a new kiln, mainly for casting since I have others for slumping and fusing. I am currently looking at 2 companies, Paragon and Denver.
