Re: It cracked AGAIN!

If you wrote to Bullseye I am sure they would give you the same information that some glass shifts at high temperatures. Does not matter if you try to refire as it has already changed with the high temp of the first time. Any thing you try will not bring it back to its original I do not believe. I a...

The colours are striking and vibrant and I like how you have played with the other end of the piece, bring the colour into the other side. Nicely done.

Bugaboos in the making

Not only is it a LONG way the Konrad Cain hut up at the Bugaboos BUT it is also a long road to creating a piece that looks more like the Bugaboos than the last try did. This is so much fun and well, I thought process is just as fun as the finished piece. It will look soooo different when I finally g...

Re: Show opening last night

Wonderful Wonderful show. Congradulations. =D> =D> The show also has so much meaning about literacy and that is so valuable . I had a look at other pics also and I love this piece so very much as it reminds me of a very large Colour Bar piece that flows and moves and reacts, and makes me think about...

Re: Cheap saw/good blade?

My only comment from a pattern bar person who cuts alot of color bars is that you will not get a long cut as the bed is very very short. Hmm! I hope you understand what I mean. You will not be able to cut more that perhaps a 9 inch slice without having to turn it around and cut from other side. I do...

phpfx3siFPM.jpg phpApW1wRPM.jpg Oh how fun it was. They are all as different as my slices but with quite depth to them. AND oh yes, this is NOT the Bird Basket that these go with as these eggs are about 5 inchs in length so I just thought the small nest here was cute. I will post again with the rig...

Blowing Eggs

Well I had the time of my life again in a wonderful hot shop called Sandpiper Studios with Julie Gibb and Gordon Webster. 2 of the most generous and kind and TALENTED artists in Canada. I was humbled to be able to pick up my colour bars and gather over top of them and make my eggs for my bird basket...
