Jen ken 15" kiln relay question
Checking out my 15" Jen Ken that has been in storage. Does the side element come on as often/strongly as the top? I want to check to make sure the relay is functioning properly, but I just can't remember how long the side element stays on usually.

Sounds like the bubble problem has been id'd. Now, as far as the incomplete slumping over the kilncarving, remember that different colors of glass with have different viscosities. Some glasses are softer and will conform to shape at a lower temp while others need to really feel the heat to move. Of ...
