I'm sure the pressure washer blaster wouldn't be good. I doubt it would work well, and you can be sure that it would be a BIG mess. You just need to figure out a way to make a larger containment box. If you'll be using it once you can do a make-shift box, but if you'll be using it often you will wan...

Most lap grinders just have the water supply fed to the top, instead of through the center. You could add a simple water line & valve to top feed the water, at least as a temp fix.

Glass Casting Forum ?

Is there a forum that is specifically geared towards glass casting? This is a great forum, but seems mostly for fusing & slumping thinner glass. Craftweb is mostly folks that make blown glass.

I'm just curious if there is a forum where more glass casters hang out.

I don't take it personally. If I'm in the mood to haggle, I might. It depends on a number of things; my mood; the specific piece they're interested in; "how" they ask; etc. There should always "room to haggle" built in to retail prices. We are haggling over the "gravy" ...
