Thanks for the quick response. That site has the red "Warning" about safety. Thoughts on that?

Airbrushing Problems with Bullseye Color Line

Hello - I am airbrushing with Bullseye Color Line and getting some great results! Occasionally, on the second firing I am getting "veining" on the entire piece. It's really a rather pretty pattern, but not on these pieces. I'm using 90 Bullseye. Do the Color Line products need a slower fir...

PVA Dry Disc Polishing

Hello - I saw a comment on this and now can't seem to find it. Is it possible to use PVA Diamond Grinding Discs (using them dry not wet) and get a good fire polish? Are the discs used with a polishing machine or a grinder? Any recommendations on brands or grit (and suppliers) would be much appreciat...

Re: Best Wet Band Sander

It would probably have low use. Just want it to smooth edges of thick pieces and put the fire polish back on without another firing.

Re: Remake frit painting

Beautiful work David!! Have you used the new Warm White instead of the BE13? Any problems, or would it dull it down a touch? Thoughts?

How to Make Rays of Sunlight?

Any idea how you get those gorgeous rays of sunlight going through a piece? I assumed they were made with powders. I've seen some tree scenes lately with beautiful sun rays that aboslutely make the piece! Any thoughts or suggestions?

Recommendations for Wall Mounted Glass Cutter

Hello - I'm interested in getting a wall mounted glass cutter for cutting full sheets. I've got a great saw for the medium sized pieces, but struggle when I'm starting with a full sheet. Can anyone recommend a good brand, and features I should look for in this cutter? I've found a couple of used Fle...

Re: new cutting system needed--no more Morton's!

I'm also looking for a new cutting system. I'm thinking of one of those "wall mounted" cutters.(I've got a good saw for smaller pieces, but struggle with full sheets.) Best place to buy one? Any thoughts or advice on those?
