Is it effective to spray kiln on a shelf using a simple household spray bottle - one you'd use to spray water on plants? I'm going to fire irid face down and want to be sure the kiln washed surface is in good shape. I've also read about the pros and cons of using thin fire when firing irid face down...

If someone could give me some additional tips for cutting 2mm stringers, I'd be grateful. Doing my best to follow Cynthia's advice but I cannot seem to cut the stringers so they are all the same length. Happy holidays to all Finally have time to get back into my studio and I noticed a couple of the corners on BE molds are deteriorating slightly. Would you recommend sanding them a bit to even it out and then reapplying kiln wash ? Can I reapply kiln wash just to those spots or should I reapply it to...

Ok...magnets done...any suggestions on best way to send them? Does each one need to be individually wrapped to be safely mailed? Thanks for the advice
