Hi- welding material suppliers can sell circles of many diameters. Squares, too. Ask King Architectural Metals for help or maybe a closer supplier. They are in Dallas, Baltimore, and LA. 8)

I've got that one because I lay brick, and occasionally cut a piece of pottery or glass. Get a better blade for glass. HF only sells el cheapo blades. The saw is plenty strong for what it normally sells for. See if you can get it on sale, or online at the HF auction site. good luck, Cliff

support tubes?

Hey- nice picture show. Do you have to pay extra for the vacuum work? Did you use the same hanger arrangement to hold up the element support tubes?

Stained Glass Finishing Wax is mostly carnauba. It buffs glass and metal very nicely. Not for blasted finishes, though. Probably any car wax should work as a protective coating. Good luck 8)

14 guage wire is rated for 15 amps maximum. It will probably carry 20 and get warm. You really should have used 12 guage minimum. See if the cable is warm to the touch( and I mean WARM! ). That would be a good indicator that you need a larger wire.

Ann- the powder paint system is the real deal and works very well. The ring bender will help get nice rounds of anything small enough to bend. Both items are well worth the money. Happy shopping!!! 8)

everything that was blown in the class I attended was sat at anneal temp for a couple hours before slow overnight cooldown to room temp. I wouldn't think anybody would rush a cooldown with blown items that you put so much labor and sweat into. 8)

Hit the hard spot with light sandpaper. Then wash should stick. Use the pat-on method if it still doesn't want to stick on the spot. Real common with poured molds.
