Re: Bullseye Alchemy & silver stain

Don,
Thank you for posting your silver stain test strips. I recently purchased a small amount of Reusche silver stain and am still researching how to use it and what type of results are possible - big learning curve needed on my end! I appreciate you pushing me forward!
All the best,
Patty

Re: Fire Polish 2.0 / Matte Finish

thank you everyone for your responses - they confirmed what I was thinking. Normally I would just experiment and learn from the process unfortunately this piece is being donated to a cancer benefit and I need to have it ready by this weekend! Thank you!

Re: Silver Staining

Bert, I have been trying to research silver stains with fusing glass and found an old thread you were on from 2002. I am interested in experimenting using silver stains and recently purchased an enamel and silver stain sample kit from Reusche. The effect I am most interested in is a gold-ish metalin...

Re: My favorite person/Show and Tell

I took a lot of my tools and samples of glass projects along with a powerpoint presentation of a project from start to finish to a kindergarten class. As long as there were pictures and things they could touch all went well, the questions and time flowed quickly! Good Luck!
