Re: Wishing you all the best....

I agree Barry Mother Nature is taking care of the problem, unfortunately , in this case the problem is US. And she will continue " taking care of it" until we are a bad memory to the earth unless we change.

Re: Wishing you all the best....

Not denying that poor forest management has contributed to the problems in CA although a large part are under federal control. But how can the evidence that we all see of general increases in temperature and changing weather patterns are also contributing to the increased devastation. It is not only...

Re: Wishing you all the best....

I watched the President in California telling the Gov the same crap, even though 67% of the forests in CA are Federal land. Years of Drought, excessive heat, and strong winds are all exacerbating these fires causing them to intensify catastrophically. Hearing your explanations Re: Climate change rem...

Re: Buying Bullseye Glass

I am fortunate enough to live within an hour or so of Brad's store, so I am able to purchase what I think I will need when he has his 40% off sales. But I used to travel 2-3 hours 1 way to buy wholesale from Art Glass House when they were in Ga. It may be worth it to find a wholesaler and travel to ...

Re: Choosing a wet tile saw

Spell check...right. what Marty said. I found that the water outlets on the saw were insufficient. I just put a splitter on the line and added a movable line that I can direct at the cut, strapped on the saw with wire-ties, it cuts beautifully with the added water. I am more than satisfied by the va...

Re: Choosing a wet tile saw

I had a 7" MK but I sold it and bought a 10" from Harbour Freight..it's about $220,,,I added a thin piece of acrylic to the top of the table and then cut a Kerr through, as the area on the table was a bit wide for thin cuts. It has worked great with a good blade and an added waterline, bot...
