Speaking of photoshop Dani, it looks like your legs are missing!!! And I thought you really were "daring"! Tony :? At MY age, you must be kidding!! Actually, the bottom halves are on the roof. I'm kneeling and the equipment is twice as tall in real life, as am I! And now that I'm finished...

And remember that with donations like this, several years running will get you more noticed. Two years ago, when I asked the same questions, the replies from some were much more lukewarm than this round. I suspect after a few contributions (or ads or shows or anything else building name recognition)...

Re: Pigment of my imagination?

i'm always curious why there isn't a good magenta or fuschia in the color lines of any of the fusible, and why the most intriguing ring mottles don't handle fusing well - no i've not tried them but i've been told they don't like going to full fuse but i would love to fuse a layer of ring mottles to...

Julia Cameron has a new book out called The Sound of Paper which has some neat exercises to break out of inertia or any kind of creative rut. Even if you don't do the exercises, it's a good read. Her follow-up to The Artists Way, I think, is also better than the original.

I probably recommend Brad's book to more folks than any other, at least for fusing. But, my favorites are more treasures than mere books. Books like Lewis Day's Windows which is long out of print amongst other classics. The Elskus painting book, of course. And I'm still questing for an original copy...

Does Tim McCreight still teach at the college there? I'd take a jewelry class with him in a NY minute! And with regard to the bugs.... I've found keeping a stable of a dozen cats or so pretty much takes care of them, especially the ones that offer added entertainment features like flying and buzzing...
