Paul,
Thanks a lot. I'll look at that site. Hope it won't be so technical
I can't understand it. At least, they have pictures!
Don't know what I'd do without this board or the wonderful members
like you who are so willing to share info.
Nita

Camera question for Bob (Cheers) Leatherbarrow
Bob, When I took your class earlier at Vitrum you treated us to a talk on your photographic technique at Nikki's home. You suggested a certain camera, and I can't remember what it was. All I remember is something about 3. I have a birthday and an anniversary coming up, and I think a really good digi...

Trouble in linking to this site
This morning I had an E-mail message that there was a message on this site. I clicked on the link, waited quite a while, and then saw a white page stating "This page cannot be displayed." It happened three times. I had no trouble when I came directly to the Board and clicked on Pictures an...

Pricing on web sites
Hi, Friends, This may show my lack of sophistication and a sensibility of the arts, but I like to be able to see the prices of artwork on artists' web sites. I also like to be able to compare their prices with some of my work which is similar. It is convenient for me to order art work if I know the ...

Lisa, Thanks for asking about Bill. They did have to shock his heart but one shock was all it took. When my best friend found out I slept with him in his hospital bed wearing silky pink p.j.s, and cuddling next to him all night she said she thought I had reved his heart up a bit so one shock would d...

Alice, Thanks for all the wonderful and helpful advice. I am so impressed that you did your own web site. Thanks for the photo info, too. I still want to know whose eyes they are. What a spectacularly beautiful young woman she is. Warmly, Nita I like the silver finding you inserted at the top of som...

WOW! is what I thought, too. Whose eyes are they? Love your web site. Do you mind sharing who did it and who did the photography. If you say you did them both, I'm going to fall onto the floor, draw up into a fetal position, cry, and maybe even suck my thumb. Seriously (or was I serious?), it's a gr...

Bert, I love the two ton case, also. It was delivered to the wrong address so Bill rented a fork lift, boom truck, or whatever it was he needed and drove across our town veerry slowly. The glass was in its original crate (still is) with each sheet separated with a good grade of paper. Fortunately, n...

Hi, Friends, I found out years ago that all float is not the same. Frit from one sheet may not work with another sheet. I solved my problem by buying a two ton case of Russian Blue float glass - crystal clear, no devit, and it doesn't matter which side is fused up. Because of worry about COE problem...

I took a week's class with Gil Reynolds, and it pushed me into the change of life - glass life, that is. I had been fusing for about 5 years, but I had never used Bullseye. I still can't get enough of that beautiful stuff. Gil was an excellent teacher, and I loved the Arrowmount campus. I hear it is...
