Razor blade works if you can get it behind the glue. I think some chemical dissolves it but can't remember what it is....acetone? mineral spirits? My husband is gone and not answering his phone!

Re: Need help with this schedule

You need to get to know your kiln for one thing. Every kiln fires differently so the temps that work for my kiln could be totally off from yours. For instance, I never take a full fuse over 1425 so your 1440 or 1475 would be way over in my kiln. When I want what I call a "hard tack fuse" I...

Re: Frit Compatibility

Katherine,
Think outside the kiln....maybe use the frit in other ways, like in resin or concrete for mosaic type stuff? I dunno...just thought I'd throw it out there, since it's free, maybe there's another avenue to explore with it if you want...

Re: Ring Saw Help

I have a Taurus 3 and I like it. I can't compare it to the others as I've never used those, but I think the T3 works very well, it's easy to use, easy to change the blades now that know how...took a couple tries to get it, but it's a simple concept. Also, now that I know the saw well, I haven't brok...
