The board is softer then -- it gets a bit more brittle after it has been fired.

Ceramaguard strips make great dams and, as best as I can tell, last just about forever if you treat them gently. Paul, Loctite 312,324,325 with 7075 activator. I use it all the time sets up in seconds no UV. If you can wait untill 1-24,1-25 I'll bring some to Austin for the adv. powder class. When you cement, make sure you remove mirror from tab. Cement tab only, then reattatch mirror after tab is cured. Scoo...

That's one serious saw Paul. I think they use those for cutting Marble and Granite wall panels. I agree that having a travelling saw is appealing. Don't know. Laser/copier toner is "fused" to the paper with heat -- which is why the iron works there. Inkjet doesn't use heat.
