I bought a Ryobi tile saw from Home Depot for $129 and a glass tile blade for $29.95. Seems to work great!

I just remove it with a razor blade. You could use a heat gun to warm it up then use the razor blade.

Just call Gryphon and see what accessories they have. They can also refer you to a store as close to you as possible.

Wingfield-Clements glass

Steve Clements came in my shop the other day to have me make a couple of very small windows for a project he's working on. He left his card with his website on it and I thought I'd share it. Some really interesting castings.

Pretty much a mix of everybody's glass. And, that's just one side. Same amount on the other side and behind and half sheet racks at the back.

I built mine from 1/2" particle board and painted white. you could build it any size and make the dividers to fit your glass.

You'll have to leave it in there a long, long time. Even in warm weather a wet log can take months to fully dry out. I used to chop wood for a living.

You would need to mount that to some sort of base otherwise everytime you picked it up the glass shards that have fallen into the spaces would just end up on your workspace.

Re: new cutting system needed--no more Morton's!

Morton is making an interlocking grid system. Two per pack so you'd need 2 packs to make a large grid surface. Creator's Stained Glass also makes a 4 pack and a 6 pack and works with all the Morton products.
