:? I'm confused. Cut out some slumping forms and took out my rigidizer for my first attempt. Instructions give every choice for application so I chose to paint it on the fiber shapes I had cut out. I have an Jen Ken Oval 9 and definitely go for the deeper one. I love the window because i love to peek and I am not brave ( or dumb)enough to lift that lid when firing. The lid is heavy and I have had trouble with a shelf, but it could be me too! good luck Jeri, still trying to figure it all out

there are holes in mold and I added a few more( can air come up as well, I guess so) The mold center does not touch kiln shelf but all sides are flush. I will try to notch some of the sides
