Hey Vickie: Please let me know how it goes and what you think about it, cuz I am in the same boat as you. I am particularly interested in finding out how messy it is. The tile saw makes quite a mess and I want to avoid as much of that as possible. Good luck and thanks for asking the question in the ...

Hey guys: I too am thinking about the Taurus III cuz I have no problem admitting that I am also a tool junkie. I realize that the ring saw would be something that I probably would use every couple of months, but my question is: I have a tile saw and my experience with it is that it makes a hell of m...

OK, I will give it a try. I will buy a new water trap, close the garage door while I have a heater going and then when I think its not too stiff (cold), open the garage doors and go for it. Thanks (AGAIN) Brock. I'm really pumped now. I finally finished my new studio. I haven't done any glass work i...

I have a water trap on my pressure pot. I bought the outfit used (pot, case, compressor) from Ken Harvey (don't know if you know him). He had mentioned that the sand can be hard on the hoses too if the hoses are cold. I don't have to or need to blast in the cold (as I haven't made an attempt at it y...

Hi guys: I thought it was only cold in Canada..... (just kidding). Now that you guys sound like you have exhausted the question about cold vs kiln - it's just about time for me to start playing with my sandblaster. Any problems with cold vs sandblaster/glass/compressor. I know I asked the question a...

Thanks Brock: So after the beginning of March, if I don't hear from them, I should start the pestering process (or harassment whichever I feel is the most effective)?? Are they pretty good about letting you know right away if your not picked?? Sounds to me like I need to go cuz it will be a great ex...

Goin to SanFrancisco on Sat (29th) for one week
Hey everybody: I am going to SanFrancisco for a week and will be doing the normal stuff like Fisherman's Wharf, the Haight, China Town, etc,etc.. Can anybody suggest galleries dealing with glass that are a must to see or even some studios to visit.
Thanks
Thanks
