Capping blasted irid
After sanblasting a design on "96" black irid, do I need to fire polish before I clear cap? or can I clear cap (about 14" dia.) over the blasted design and get good result?

Studio suggestions
I suggest lots of counters with cupboards underneath around perimeter and a large 4' x 8' or bigger work table(strong/solid) on casters in the middle of the room. I'd be cautious about the hair dryer tip. Moisture could have penetrated deeper into the shelf then the hair dryer will dry. This moisture could vaporize and cause a BIG bubble in the middle of your next masterpiece!
