Paul, Thank you for sharing. I like your new work, Your going in some interesting directions with it.... I see you use the holegen bulbs, knowing that they get hot. I was wondering if your Lamps are all metal. I had a blue photo bulb in a metal lamp with a ceramic base , go flying across the room. T...

Hey Marty, No, and I think I have it fixed. It is the bleeder valve under the pressure gauge on mine. It is connected to the Pressure relief valve. I am not sure what happened to make it not shut off. I talked to a guy friend of mine and he explained different ways this bleeder valve works. So I too...

Christyn, Boy I know how frustrating it can be when something you have done in the pass is no longer working for you. I would try and fire something simple to see if your controller is working right. Also, when your temperature was at 149 did you peek or do you have a window. One thing you have to r...

Help with Bleeder Valve?

I just got done using my sandblasting equipment yesterday. Today, I went out to use it and the bleeder valve will not shut down. It worked fine yesterday. I don't know what I have done or what I did. I have turned it as tight as it will go and it still lets out air. Any suggestions........Claudia

I use the same bump-ons as Steve. I find they are easy to work with and stick well. You will find that you will go thru a lot of them once you start selling. These also hold well on the surface you place them on.

Charlie, I agree with everything that you said. A good photoapher is worth evey penny you pay him. I live in remote area and do not have access to a really good photographer and the ones that think they are are not much better than I can do myself. So, I have decided to learn to photograph myself. H...

Hi Cynthia, I checked out your new work. I like the mosaiks the best. I have been wondering what you have been up to. Ogden, huh, I could see that in them. I had to laugh at your picture in the snow. I tried that on finishing up a roll of slides. Now,I know what to expect. I am getting a digital cam...

Just a couple of other things to consider. Most shows require the artist to be there. Also, most supply a person who will sit your booth while you take a bathroom break etc. If they don't tell you, ask when you apply. I have done shows alone where this is a necessity. The public likes to meet the ar...

Hi Dee, I looked at the two styles that Creative Energies carries. I really like the look and extra height that the Finale has. Have you ever heard much discussion about the differences? Did you get the awnings with yours? I thought that would help to create shade so the glass is not as hot. How abo...

Denise, I agree with Jeremy, I talked with different artist at shows last year. I liked the light dome best. They have two styles. The one with a curved top was my favorite becasue the rain will run off to the sides of your booth. The other style the rain will run off on all four sides, and on your ...

Tony,
Thanks that is what I thought. I don't understand why Herb would tell me that. I had told him that I was using a pressure pot. Other than he wanted me to have enough air if I was to do more. I feel much better now...............Claudia

Help what cfm?

I am so unset, I ordered a compressor and asked what the cfm was . I was told it was 8.5, when I get it I discovered it was 5.8. I have been trying to do my homework on this. I e-mail Herb at Glastar and he told me at least 7cfm@90psi. So when I was told it was 8.5, I figured that I had done great. ...

Marty, I have seen auctions go both ways. Some people go to support the cause and bid it up. Others go to auctions looking for a bargin. There seems to be a general feeling at the ones I know, as to if it's for support or for bargin. Research of event will help you to know which way the general atmo...
