You could try ramping at 50 deg/hr between 1020 and 1350. There is a lot on this in the archives. try key words "bubble squeeze".

I use an air brush hooked up to my air compressor with the pressure dialed down to about 10 lbs. It gives a nice fine spray. 8)

If you did a search in the archives you would find out potmelts need to be fired to 1650 F and a whole lot more info that you need to know so you don't waste time and glass. :roll:

You could do a potmelt if instead of the pot you used the 2" clay saucer that they sell to go along with the clay pot. Just use a chipping hammer or a chisel to knock a hole in the center. :lol:

Yes, the Revolution saw from Gemini will cut very thin consistant slices from your pattern bars. It will also cut curves. On the down side it is very expensive. :roll:
