here on the board we discuss coe alot, but what about the glass that was made in the early 1900s, i cant imagine they knew as much about this as people today, but the glass is still around and not broken from stress,,,,,,when it comes to dealing with small frit, is coe not as much of a consideration...

Hi Kim, for some unknown reason leaded crystal is more tolerant with COE. It must be easy to obtein in Germany. If not, goto Prag! i hate E6000,,,ive had bad results, and the stuff really stinks, and the stink doesnt seem to go away,,,,the stuff i use with great results is THE WELDER from walmart,,,,make sure you are in a well ventilated room, but for me, this is the stuff,,rodney
