I look forward to coordinating this year's exchange and hope that we have huge participation. I will update the post in Community Projects as people sign up, pay and send their magnets.

9 days and counting until the end of signup. If you have never participated before it is a tons of fun especially when the box of goodies arrive and if you have done it the past I encourage you for the same reason to do it again.

I won't be able to join this year but am looking forward to seeing all the wonderful creations.

Deadline to sign up is Sunday December 15. However, If you are still interested after that date and it isn't too close to the payment deadline shoot me an email.

just wondering when we might be hearing about a final headcount??

The guidelines indicate that sign-up continues until January 15. So, you can't expect to hear anything until after that.

Entry Fee Payment is due 1/15. Please let me know if you need a couple days extra to send it in.

I will post the final number sometime between the 20th and 25th of January, however if you want to get a start 32 participants have paid to date

Trying to get the last payments wrapped and will announce a final number soon.

I am giving the last few until 25th to contact me regarding the entry fee. Final number will be announced the 26th.

Today is the drop dead date to let me know that the check is in the mail or paying by CC. If I don't hear anything today then I am calling it done and announcing the final number tomorrow.
