At what temp should I fuse various wine bottles to flatten them to make a cheese tray, and how long do they need to anneal? Need info asap.

in my kiln, 1530f does the job. i hold at 1030f for 20 min........ then 85 dph to 945.........then 165dph to 800f..then off. brick side fire ceramic kiln. rosanna

How do you keep them from rolling? I now have a glass dust pan because one rolled over the side a bit and have a big sculpture of 3 fused bottles. I guess you should do all the same bottles at once. Tried 2 kinds of vodka and blue glass.
