Can you fire silver with glass?

Yes, but it does depend on the thickness of the silver and the glass it is fused with (reactivity)
I screen print silver slip all the time on to BE1401.
Difficult to cap.....yellows.

if you use fine silver it will stay bright silver colored. if you use sterling silver it turns ugly. I embed fine silver hangers into pendants all the time.
