RE-slumping

Post by Aglassygirl303 »

Hello all, I just peeked into my kiln at a beautiful 14" bowl and noticed that one of the edges has a scalloped raised edge. The kiln is at 600 and coming down. It already annealed for two hours. I'm not going to like this ripple. Can I just start now and go ahead and run it through the slumping schedule again or do I have to wait until it is 100 degrees and fuse flat again and re slump? My instincts are saying to just re slump now...

You can just start now and re-slump.
