bases for fused glass frames

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone knows of a wholesale distributor for hanging and easel frames that can be used for gluing fused glass frames. It gets expensive to buy the acrylic frames at Michaels, even with the 40 % off coupons. The WalMart frames are too flimsy. Anyone know of a better way? I recall a thread several years ago, but none of my searches brought it up. Thanks in advance.
