I made some molds from shells as casted them, they have nice texture if I tack fuse to a project will the texture be flattened. Or is the only solution to glue. them on?

I guess I could use powdered glass and paint the details to look like the pattern. but I was hoping to. keep the original pattern, my daughter collected. these shells so I wanted a special piece.

If you tack fuse at a low enough temperature you'll keep most of the texture. 1350F/730C is high enough to stick glass together and retain most of the texture. The higher above that you go, the more texture you will lose.

Use a low temperature flux, or a glass paint as a glue. I've done a lot of these.
