Best lights for light box

Post by sheila »

Hi,
I'm finally building a studio after several years without. Looking to build a light box/table into a counter top. My old box had uneven light and was several inches high....wondering what are the best lights to use now. LED tape? Hoping this box won't need to be deep and that the light will be diffused evenly. I want to cut on it. Ideas for materials? LED lights cool enough to not worry about heat in the cabinet? Thanks!

LED strips with a white diffuser on top- I used white plastic, sandblasted glass or white opal glass will work.
