Schedule for kiln pressed glass - for Uroboros

Post by Havi »

Hello everybody,
I discovered a nice pack of Uroboros glass in my storage.
Some of it is very nice colors.Eventhough its COE is 90 - it is fired on different schedule than BE.

Being weak in numbers, I would appreciate it if anybody could refer me to Uroboros firing schedule for SMOOSHED GLASS, or UNDER PRESSURE or KILN PRESSED GLASS - those are all names of the same process.

I'd be more than grateful!!!

I never fired Uro 90 that much (if any) different than Bullseye. The same schedule ought to work.

Always the clear Uro with BE, no problems. Sometimes the other colors. Only problem I ever experienced was with one of the Uroboros reds. Not surprising since reds can be difficult to make.
