hey dick ... what's going on with Meridian? it looks like it's sitting on a quartz specimen ... is that right? it looks great with that other element on the base. i also like "shout" ... aptly named, i must say. thanks 4 the pix.

Nice work! You are messing around with some different ideas. I think the cane thing you have going on in Meridian and Tidal is the strongest work. It has a great look and I think you can develop a signature style if you continue to explore the technique.

Thanks. Kitty The colors of the dichro suggested to me the colors of the rose quartz, and amethyst and crystals. They are inside the piece in the bottom, and spill out through the side.

Very nice work, Dick. You've really got quite a nice range of pieces going on - I happen to love the use of color in a few of these new pieces of yours . . . Big surprise - right? Good job-

Some very unique pieces you've got there, Dick. I enjoyed viewing your work. But then I'm a big fan of color. :) J.

Thanks for the treat, Dick. Love eclectic minds... question about Tidal; at what temp. did you go in to to fold that corner? What tool did you use?
Keep showing us stuff ok?

Thanks Barbara. I could have used more heat. I went in at 1200 armed with gloves, some graphite tongs, and a thin steel piece. Mighty hot!
