Special Saturday Glass Challenge

Post by twin vision glass »

:D Even though the special Saturday Glass from Bullseye is extraordinary , I thought I would throw out a challenge to see what others are creating with this glass. It is so beautiful all by itself, but fun to actually change also.

Hopefully this slumps into a nice 20 inch bowl.

I hope this link works. This is the special Saturday Glass. It was so lovely (and thank goodness I have another piece) but at least you can see where it came from.

I'm wondering about the mould you show in the photo. It looks deep and I like the width of the flat rim. Is it available or is it custom? It is 20"dia. x (how deep)
Thanks, Don

Les, that glass looks like your own creation from PBs. What part of it is Saturday Glass? It did turn out beautifully.

This glass is cut into strips and then 3 layers of clear placed on top and it is in the center of the piece that are the long looking strip sections . Then I have cut Dense White and French Vanilla to join it all with Opaline. Does that make sense. Hmm eh! Not a great photo I know. It has real depth to it when it is in front of you. :-k Leslie
