who's the moderator here, anyway? Where's the FAQ? I'm so low-tech, I might as well be NO-tech...

If you want the photo to auto load, first you have to name the photo with a .jpg or .tif ending. Then you have to upload the photo to a website and note it's exact URL. Now you can post by clicking on the img button (above) then write in the URL and then click IMG again. If I recall right you have to have a space between the img and the URl and another between URL and /img.

Plan B is to upload the photo to a site like webshots or yahoo photo and post the link to it. Be sure to authorize anybody to view your picture or it will lock us out.

wow. easy enough for me

Cool work, Cheryl. I really like Entwined. I also like the way you have hung them, where did you get the framing apparatus?

Hi Cheryl. Beautiful work! I've been hoping to see your work ever since Steve Klein told me you were talented. He's right!

Bert,
You use a mac? (I do). But when I tried for the third time, I finally got the link....so maybe it is a mac thing.

Love the work. It is really different and unique.

I have a I Book ( mac) and it worked just fine. Came up the first time.

For some reason I can't open any pics that are posted under "webshots". I don't know if the company is locking me out or not cuz it says "Forbidden". Bummer. Must be a corporate thing. :(

Nice work. I got it ot load but it took a bit of time. The individual shots also took awhile to load. Worth the wait.

I managed to see the thumbnails but the larger pictures wouldn't load. I'm on a dial up. I went back at them and I could get them individually but the slideshow didn't work.

Any way I like the organic component to your designs. I also like the presentation. The cable and aluminum work well to present and to photograph the pieces.

I forgot to mention a fairly important thing to do. You should minimize the file sizes. In photoshop you can "save for the web" If you don't have that capability, size them to about 5" and 72 dpi as a medium jpg. and they will load faster.

Cheryl:

Very nice! I too like the very organic look. I would love to see more of your work.

Cheryl,

"Entwined" feels balmy while "Ocean Breeze" is so cool and fresh.

Link worked fine for me. (high speed internet connection).
Your slide shows also functioned a little shakey on my computer.

Congratulations.

When I saw your pictures all I could say was "OH MY GOSH"! Each piece made me actually feel so good, warm. Thank you for sharing those.
