Hi can anyone tell me how you can create a lens effect in casting? I have tried carving one in clay but it's not that great. Do you carve it into the glass instead? Thanks for any ideas.

The best way would be to make a mold of the shape you want. That would save a lot of cutting. Then after casting the cold working begins. It is easier to polish if the shape is established
