Good person to contact at Paragon

Can someone give me the name of a helpful person at Paragon? My new kiln arrived damaged and the person I've been working with for several months is less than helpful. I really want to get this issue resolved.

Arnold Howard posts here from time to time. I believe he's the marketing guy
according to their website Arnold is "Minister of Propaganda" .........seriously that's what it says

I read the same thing Rick. Made me giggle.
Hoping that someone has had personal experience with someone at Paragon. I need to work with a different representative but my person refuses to direct my case/situation to someone else.

Arnold is great.
I had sent an e-mail with a question Tues. pm and got a really quick response from Laura Miller. Had another question along the line of the first question and she answered really quick. All answers between 8pm Tues. and 1 pm Wed.
