classes or workshops

Hello: I am new to this lovely site. I have made numerous tiny bowls and plates in my little HotBox kiln and would like to learn more advanced techniques. I have had several people ask if they can order large plates and platters.

Does anyone have any information about a class or workshop where I can continue learning? I reside in Missouri. Thank you very much.
