I have a small paperback book at home about ventilation for the craftsperson or small business. I disremember the title. It spends the first half of the book telling you how bad dust is, and how to keep from making dust. The rest of it is full of formulae for figuring-out exactly how much your dust removal exquipment sucks. CFM, LFM, static pressure, duct topoplogy, humidity, altitude, moon phase, nostril size: its so damned complicated to figure-out you realize that the beginning of the book is well-founded: don't make dust in the first place. And wear a respirator.
