sifting tools for powdered frit

Post by Travar »

I have noticed in the Thompson Enamel's catalog some sifting tools like a line sifter and small diameter sifters that might be very good for applying powdered frit. The catalog states that the enamel should be 80 mesh or smaller. What would powdered frit be in relation to this spec? Has anyone had experience with these tools? Thanks

Powders work well in the Thompson sifters. Most of the powders I've used are very fine compared to the 80 mesh enamels.
