Doilies and fossil vitrae

Post by Chester »

I was wondering if I could use a doily like a fern for fossil vitrae. Would the doily burn cleanly out? Thanks, in advance, for any help you can give me.

It seems to me that if ferns and cedar branches work a paper doilie should be OK. There may be a bit of ash left behind but the imprint of the powder or enamel should not be affected.
