Does anyone know where to buy ring shanks? I'm gonna try and make some fused glass rings.
Thanks,

I just bought some of these from Blue Moon Glassworks last week. Check out their website http://www.austinbluemoon.com or email them at

Do any UK members know where to get sterling silver jewellry findings in the UK (mail order, no suppliers near where I live in Wales)? I haven't been able to find any suppliers of anything other than, quite frankly, junk - lots of fussy settings but no clean lined, unobtrusive designs. The findings at Austin Blue Moon's site are exactly what I'm looking for for pendants but would like other contemporary findings as well. So far I've made some settings but it's a hassle. Alternatively, are there any US suppliers who will ship small quantities to the UK? There seems to be a lot more choice of all art supplies in the US.
Thanks in advance
Cheryl

Try these UK mail order companies
Kernowcraft
http://www.kernowcraft.co.uk/

Stone Corner
http://www.martin-enterprises.co.uk/stone-corner.shtml

Both have comprehensive catalogues for silver and gold findings
