Needs Help with Arrow Springs Temperature Controller

I have a friend who is having problems with an Arrow Springs temperature controller. She bought the kiln but hasn't used it. I am looking for someone who owns an Arrow Springs who can help my friend with her controller. Please send an email to arnoldhoward@att.net.

I'm sure if she'd call Arrow Springs Craig would help her directly. They're very nice people...very helpful too, when you need it.
