0013 is a strong saturated white opal without any of the reactive oxides.
0113 Is plain old white. It shouldn't be reacting with anything.
0313 is a strong saturated white opal with lead. According to the BE chart, it can react with selenium and sulfur bearing glasses. That is certainly borne out by Cynthia's tests. My experience is that sulfur-only glasses like Spring Green (0126) don't show a reaction line with 0313 in the sheet form. I haven't tested with powder or frits.
It's kind of hard to distinguish by eye between 0013 Opaque White and Dense White 0313.
As I understand it, 0013 is was specifically designed to be a non-reactive alternative to Dense White.
