Workers compensation insurance question

I've been scouting out local bead shows for possible future participation and discovered that one show inparticular (GEMFAIRE)required prove of workers compensation insurance. The policy statement was very clear that any helper whether a friend, relative, or casual worker must be covered. My search in the old archives didn't produce any results and the state fund website seems to be geared for larger storefront businesses. I did contact one independant insurance broker who informed me that they do not cover home businesses. Does anyone in this vast glass universe have any experience with this? What is a ballpark figure $$$ a lone glass artist can expect to pay for a "simple" workers comp policy? I would hate to have to do shows without any helpers at all (mainly my husband/business manager). Just as a side note, I do already have liability insurance, wouldn't dare sell glass without it! Any quidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
