Abstract For Havi
These are dark photos and I am sorry for that but this is an abstract piece made with Havi in mind. She challenged me to get more abstact so I will post a few pics .

Re: Abstract For Havi
I love to make the back side different from the front and this one is quite different. Sorry the colour is so dark. Les

Thanks so kindly. One photo is the front of the piece and one is the back of the same piece.

I do not know why what I wrote to you did not appear here.
Perhaps it was because I wrote from my IPad?? I wonder.
First I have to blush and say that this title is as gratifying as embarrassing to me....
I consider you a great creator Les, and am very inspired by what you do, and all of a sudden for a short second, I inspire you. That's beyond my perception.
However, I am not seeking a commission, of course, and my best reward is that a piece was done, with thinking of me. What better reward could there be?!
I see a lot of reactions, I see lots of colors, I see 'tendency' to go out of figurative presentation. (Although, Les, I think that your figurative sculptures are amazing )
The thing is, that the method you create your color bars can lend itself so beautifully to present just colors.............. waters, skies, that to me it is really not necessary at all to make figurative imagery, like trees, or mountains etc.
All the very best Les,
And thanks so much for sharing!!!

Re: Abstract For Havi
It is interesting how a short visit of two people can join a soul. Take care Havi and keep creating and Yes you inspire me.
AND off I go again to try something new . Hmmm ! maybe even with NO imagery. Les
