Crucibles & Types of Glass

Post by whitejoyce »

Good Morning/Afternoon

# 1
I want to fused some glass in a crucible, round & square ones, do I need to put the blanket or kiln wash into it? silly I know but needed to ask.

# 2
Is Molten glass, the other glass that is not BE or Spectrum, or other name brand? Would this be glass you have around the house, like drinking glasses & such?

Thank you in advance for any comments, suggestions & input
