I've read there is a product that you can use when fusing dichroic pieces that eliminates the "black halo" that usually happens. Does anyone know the name, and where I can get it?
Thanks,

Vickie,

I'm confused - I don't know what "black halo" you are trying to eliminate - can you post a picture? Do you mean the effect (not black, mind you) that appears sometimes when firing dichro side down onto another piece of glass? It is caused by the dichro being pushed up to the surface, around the edge of the dichro piece where it meets up with the other glass. I just grind it off and fire again if I don't want that effect.
