The Warm Glass website is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the
information we collect about you to manage access to the Warm Glass bulletin
board, process orders for items sold on the site, and to send out occasional

What Information Do We Collect? How Do We Use It?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address,
credit-card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill

How Does the Warm Glass website Protect Customer Information?
There are two situations where the Warm Glass website asks for personal
information. We ask for it when you register for the bulletin board.
Address and related personal information given when registering is not
maintained online, and is used for verification purposes. Email addresses
used on the bulletin board are stored in a secure online database. They
are never shared with others and are not publicly visible or available.
We also ask for personal information
(including credit card information) when you place an online order. This
information is collected by an independent credit card agency and maintained on
their web server in a secure database. Information given when placing an
order is used to fulfill that order and to communicate with you about your
order.
What About "Cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on
your computer's hard drive. The Warm Glass website uses cookies to
track your visits to our bulletin board. Most
Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your
browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the
features of our website, but you won't be able to fully use the Warm Glass
bulletin board without enabling cookies.
Will Warm Glass Disclose the Information it Collects to Outside Parties?
