Re: Dang bubbles
A single 3mm piece of glass, or was it two 3mm sheets for 6mm total? If one sheet, that's the problem. Other than that, was the kiln shelf with kiln wash dry? If not, bubbles. Do you have a picture of the bubbles? That will help a lot, too. Change the 300 DPH to 1425 to AFAP to 1425. No reason to go...

Re: ummm ,,,what happened??
Yea, that schedule is extremely weird. Such precise numbers, for what reason? 572 per hour? 626 per hour? 212 per hour to 698?

You cant fuse Bullseye Glass (COE 90) and Spectrum Glass (COE 96) into the same piece. They are not compatible. They will do this every time. Use Bullseye only with Bullseye, and Spectrum only with Spectrum.

Re: casting in pyramid mold
I'm curious too, I unpacked my Slympys Pyramid mold last night and gave it a spray of MR-97. It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be.

Re: Cutting curves
I've only cut circles with a circle cutter. I flip the glass over, press on the glass to run, then flip over and make my relief cuts. I thought the same process would work with a half circle, but I wasn't successful. Outline it with a sharpie and do the same thing. That's the technique I use as wel...

Re: Glassline Best Price?
I found a seller on Amazon.com that has them for $2.50 per color for the 2oz bottles. 43 bottles delivered came to ~$130 with shipping including two sets of the tips. Couldnt find anywhere else that was close to that price.

If someone remembers his old website URL........ Go to http://web.archive.org and type it in there. You'll pull up old copies that they've archived for sites that go down just like this. It's like looking back in time.

Re: Silk screen, powders.... enamels etc.
It bothers me that Bullseye charges for this. Not really a particularly wonderful way to support the people who buy their glass, to charge them to see how to use it. I wish Bullseye would reconsider that. No other manufacturer I can think of charges you for ideas on using their products.
