New Birds Nest

I thought my WetLands Sanctuary needed a birds nest to go with it so this is from all the bits and pieces left!!! Now I just waite for my metal man to make the metal birds nest out of forged steel.

I also made a new colour bar their tooo and just sliced into it at home here. There was no saw available down at the factory so I had to waite, and now I have some nice mountain and water colours to play with again. Yeah again. Les

The 3rd photo is of the piece I put back in the kiln to hide some of the white and it turned out much better but at least you can see it .

Well depending how the client wants them to be displayed , inside a wall going down a hallway, or going in a simple stand so light comes through. OR slumped into a vessel form .

Hi Havi, Well sometimes I get worried about cream or white in the middle of pieces reflecting heat away as dark colours absorb more heat and light ones keep abit cooler sometimes Sooooo! Thanks for the encouragement. I am working on the next 2 panels to come down with me to the Residency. Fun for sure . Here is the beginning of number #2
Way tooooo much cream colour so I have to do a lot more work but will take it with me ( carefully wrapped of course so nothing moves around so hopefully NO pot holes in the highway for my 15 hours drive
